BEL Valves have a comprehensive range of product testing facilities. Results are captured using computer based Data Logging. Testing Facilities include safety cells, for high pressure or high risk testing, with remote visual monitoring via Closed Circuit TV. Independent Verification using Third Party Inspection Agency.
The Range of Test Facilities include:
| • | Cryogenic / Low Temperature down to -196ūC. |
| • | High Temperature - up to 300ūC. |
| • | Gas Testing (typically Nitrogen). |
| • | Leak Detection using Nitrogen / Helium gas mix and Mass Spectrometer. |
• Fire Testing to:
- BS 6755 Part 2.
- API 6FA.
• High Pressure Testing.
- Hydrostatic - up to 10000 Bar (150000 psi).
- Gas - up to 1550 Bar (22500 psi)
• Hyperbaric
Testing .
- up to 3000m water depth.
