Materials (Standard)

API Classes AA to HH

Cast or Forged valve bodies and bonnets. Trim to suit selected material class. Seating surfaces of gate and seats hard faced with tungsten carbide.

Available in low temperature and alloy steels, stainless steels, duplex type stainless steels and other exotic materials. Internal body/bonnet area available lined with Inconel, Alloy 20 etc. Various trim materials available to suit service conditions.

All to NACE MR-01-75

PSL 1, 2, 3, 3G and 4 are available

Operation

Non-rising stem valves can be fitted with Epicyclic or Spur/bevel gear operators (depending on line pressure) or with Electric Motor operators.
Rising stem valves can also be fitted with BEL Valves’ own Hydraulic or Pneumatic (linear or rotary) Actuator.

API 6A, ASME VIII, API 6FA.

13% chrome stem, gate and seats. Seating surfaces of gate and seats hard faced with tungsten carbide.
Stem packing PTFE / graphite composite.

All to NACE MR-01-75.

Available also in low temperature steels, low alloy steels, stainless steels, duplex type stainless steels and other exotic materials.
Various trim materials available to suit service conditions.

Operation
