Design Codes

ISO 10423 (API 6A), ISO 13628 (API 17D), ASME VIII. Additionally valves are tested to and accredited to ISO 10423 (API 6A) Appendix F PR2 and ISO 13628 (API 17D).

Compact design, only 15" from C/L of Valve to Top of Actuator on a 1" nominal diameter Valve.
Body/Bonnet Bolting, through body/bonnet bolting allowing easy assembly/disassembly of actuator   from body.
Indication, Compact design includes provision of an indicator without compromising valve size.
Lightweight, only 71.5 kgs for 1" valve complete with 2.1/16" API 10000 flanges & SA Hydraulic   Actuator.
The use of Disc Springs allow the generation of a large force for a small deflection and reduce   torsional instability problems of helical springs.
