Ultra High Pressure Petrochemical Valves - Globe and Check

BEL Valves manufacture special ultra high-pressure valves to meet the requirements of some applications in the petrochemical industry, particularly LDPE production.

Applications

• Stop, positive isolation
• Non-return, prevention of back flow
• Blow Down, fast opening

Size Range

1/8" to 4" NB, straight through and angle pattern, positive seal at full line pressure, non-rotating spindle.

Pressures

Up to 3500 barg (50, 000 psig)

Actuation Choices

Manual Closure - the powerful BEL patented eccentric actuator is capable of closing against full differential pressure with speed and ease.

Hydraulic Actuation - double acting piston actuators custom designed for arduous service available with complete hydraulic control systems.
Also available with manual locking device.

Electric Actuation - available in a variety of sizes relative to torque and speed, driven from any power supply. Can be used in conjunction with the eccentric actuator.

Pneumatic Actuation - designed to give remote operation powered from the standard site air pressure of 6 bar.

All of our actuators are designed to suit the application requirements taking into account power supply, differential pressure, speed of operation, etc.

BEL manufacture a large variety of high tensile steel fittings to both customer standards and BEL design.
