Features and Benefits

High pressure, high integrity compact design for use in both liquid or gaseous services.
Provision of an Indicator without compromising valve size.
Weight of 90kgs with Butt Weld Connections both ends.
Actuated Valves can be installed with 3-5 K Hydraulic supply systems without modification.
Floating Piston allows valve to be overridden by ROV even if hydraulics are locked.
Valves have metal backseat in both open and closed position.
All components wetted by hydraulic fluid are manufactured from 316 SS Minimum.

Standard: Autoclave, Butt Weld, Socket Weld.
Options: Flanged, Hubbed or other Customer Specifications

Design Codes

ISO 10423 (API 6A), ISO 13628 (API 17D), ASME VIII, ISO (14313) (API 6D).

Actuation

Hydraulic Spring Return, Hydraulic Double Acting complete with ROV/Diver overrides. Manual version, Diver /ROV.

Qualification

Valves are tested and accredited to ISO 10423 (API 6A) PR2, Hyperbaric and 1200 cycle endurance, 5000 cycle spring fatigue (17D) and 100% methanol tests.
